The door slams shut, the key rattles in the lock, and Momo is all alone in his poky little prison cell. Framed by his Uncle Amar and cousins for a crime he didn’t commit, the 19-year-old has been handed a nine-year jail term. His budding career as a professional soccer player is a thing of the past. Instead, he’s going to have to find a way to get by inside the harsh prison system. His one consolation is the prison soccer team. His girlfriend and his mother are worried sick about the increasingly desperate inmate. Meanwhile, Momo can only claim clan boss Amar’s “protection” on the inside if he agrees to start dealing drugs. How long will Momo be able to stand by his decision not to turn to a life of crime?
