For quite some time, Africa was the continent with the Earth's largest unexplored regions. Many believe that this is a thing of the past, but there are areas even today that are known only to a few, and which have never before been seen on film. One of these mysterious worlds lies in the heart of Kenya. It is the crater of Mount Suswa in Rift Valley: Large groups of baboons gather here, elephants roam the vast plains surrounding the Caldera, hyenas lurk in the shadows and wild dogs hunt in packs. In addition, here is one of the world's largest colonies of large ear bats, hidden during the day in a vast labyrinth of underground lava tubes. However, at night, the baboons retreat in order to be able to sleep sheltered from their enemies: A mysterious and barely explored region of the Earth.
