As Rosa and her new assistant Meral travel to Cape Town on a new assignment as wedding planner, the dream wedding of her childhood friend Mark and his South African fiancé Nandi has the all-clear. Nandi’s family’s estate delivers a fantastic wedding backdrop and Nandi’s mother is zealously preparing everything for a lavish celebration. Rosa and Nandi get on like a house on fire from the very start. This makes everything more difficult for Rosa when she discovers during a short trip together with Mark, that she feels more for him than just friendship. Mark also seems to harbour the same strong feelings. And when Marks parents arrive for the wedding, things get even worse for Rosa, as she has to keep up the façade of the neutral wedding planner, as well as her role as maid of honour. But then, everything turns out differently than planned and Rosa faces probably the most difficult decision of her life.
