For more than 15 years, Caroline, Eva, Estelle, Judith and Kiki meet on every first Tuesday of the month for dinner together. Once a year, they undertake an extended weekend trip. This time around, they want to get rid of their excess winter pounds, in addition to leaving life's insanities behind them for a short while. In fasting, they crave time out for body, mind and soul. What at first seemed like a good idea, soon turns out to be a real challenge. Why does it have to be a castle in the middle of nowhere?
